Since it's trending on TikTok with over 130.5 million views (and counting), I figured now is a great time to circle back to my favorite pre-shower ritual of dry brushing.Â
Dry brushing is a great way to stimulate the skin and the body’s lymphatic system, boosting circulation and reducing puffiness and water retention. It also helps skin with its elimination process aiding in the removal of old hormones that have built up in the body, which is a necessity for endometriosis as estrogen dominance is a thing for us. Â
A quick reminder that upward strokes towards the heart, starting at the feet and downward strokes on the torso is the best practice when it comes to technique, but my full breakdown of dry brushing can be found HERE.
